I like the new picture... Especially the blurry person in the background. Nice touch!

It was an olive lover jumping out of the way to avoid being photographed.

whats with the weird dude?
dude...
he's poking everyone that reads your blog...

Emily said...

-shudders and hides in infamous corner-

Sir Darth Merlin Bilbollum Finn said...

<_< He is not poking. He is issuing a noble call for people to help save mankind from olives.

Lol... but I like olives... :D Except the green ones...
I could be a half-member of the AOB...But I'm not giving up my black olives :D

Sir Darth Merlin Bilbollum Finn said...

No. there is no halfway in the Olive War. You are either against the olives or brainwashed by them. Saying you want to be a member of the AOB but still eat black olives is comparable to saying you want to be a Peep Saver but kill all the Peeps that aren't pink.

I hate olives. They taste like slime at best. The same goes for mushrooms. Good thing olive trees aren't in the states. Makes them expensiver so it keeps the population of olives in food down. We do consume large amounts of olive oil here though...My dad says it is healthier then other stuff.
Are you against olive oil?

Sir Darth Merlin Bilbollum Finn said...

Ooh. A good comment. Go and comment on the AOB blog. Make Seth thing he's important and popular...I mean... ;-) ;-)

The AOB isn't against olive oil. In fact, I agree that it's really a lot better in several ways than other oils. It is better healthwise and I really find it makes stuff taste a lot better so I use it for my cooking.

Thanks you for a good comment ...but like I said, please make olive related comments right on antiolive.blogspot.com, the AOB blog.

Miss Goose said...

Oh okie... sorries! I should comment there...
Well I guess I'm brainwashed then :P But only sometimes :D Only when I go to Olive Garden and Subway :D :D :D

But peanut oil is better!!!!

Sir Darth Merlin Bilbollum Finn said...

Not for the kind of cooking I do.

Anan said...

Are you a desert person, and Exotic Food Person, a Main Course Person, or a Anything Complex Person? I am a Desert Person. Of this my family is heartily glad because we are never without desert except when I decide they take me for granted, which never pays because then i don't get desert either, to which i am addicted.
Olive oil has a really nice taste canola oil just doesn't have. C. oil is just..oil but olive is something MORE. I don't know about peanut...I guess that would be risky because tons of persons are alergic to peanuts.

Hi Aaron,

I was about to comment on the great Blog name you have here. My Amelia was lookingover my shoulder and she said "Hey! That's the opposite of cogito ero sum." (Sorry, we're not sure of the spellings).

Sir Darth Merlin Bilbollum Finn said...

gratias tibi ago (aka. Thanks!) You've got it right. this is the blog of "I do not think therefore I am not."

Pookay said...

Can somebody please explain to me what the Anti-Olive Brigade is?!

Seth said...

lol

*Seth is loving the fact that Megan is still in the dark* ;)

Hey Aaron... Maybe you should refrain from reading the 30+ blogs you brag about and post an entry on your own blog... :)

Sir Darth Merlin Bilbollum Finn said...

M[egan]: You're a desert person? How interesting. I'm more of a de*SS*ert person.

Seth: What?!? Post on my own blog? Why? I just posted on the AOB blog again. And anyways, I read 75+ blogs, not 30-ish. ...don't worry, I'll post sometime this month...maybe.

M said...

If you think M is like Megan you are misinformed!!! Ever heard of West Side Story? Is that a good clue?

Sir Darth Merlin Bilbollum Finn said...

Yes. I've heard of West Side Story. It's some musical with something to do with Chicago, isn't it? Isn't there a musical called Chicago too? Hm... I must think about this. Most of my life as of yet has been spent in Chicago, though I don't live there anymore. I like Chicago. I think I should find out more about those musicals. That wasn't a good hint. I'd just thought/assumed M was the Megan Seth was speaking of. Aparently I was wrong. If you give me another hint I might get it. Until then, vale, peregrina!

M said...

Oh, you've never met me at all. But now you have, so you can sing, "Maria, Maria, I've just met a girl named Maria." (I can't stand it when people sing that song to me though.)
I am crazy over Rogers and Hammerstien movies. Or West Side Story, even if that isn't Hammerstien.

M said...

P.s. West Side Story is in NK city. But yes there is "Chicago", too, but i'm not certain if the morals are good in it, hence i haven't seen it.

Anan said...

I said who "M" is somewhere but you must not have seen...

Click on Mr. incredible now. I put the link for me blog in "about me" because I can't figger out the other way.

Ethan said...

Have you plans to write a new post, sir? Or are you simply waiting to try and break the record for 'number of comments on a twelve-word post'?

Sir Darth Merlin Bilbollum Finn said...

Maria I don't know: Ah. Yeah, I think I did know that.

Anan:*adds her blog to the 75+ others he reads*

Anon.: You poor poor disturbed soul, you who have been lied to by the olives and fallen under their control, I will not decend to your level and yell back. Rather I sit here and greatly pity you.

Ethan [and Seth too for that matter]: Ta-Da! I did it! I really actually went and posted! It's a biggie too. ...anyways, I think I've already set a couple comment records here. :D

Anon.: I'd say you were hopelessly disturbed and controlled by the olives, except I totally agree about pie. PIES ROCK! B) B)
